Требования к кандидату

 

  • University degree in Sociology, Project Management, Disaster Management or other related fields;
  • At least 2 years of experience in humanitarian aid, disaster management or similar;.
  • Experienced in project management, planning, monitoring and evaluation;
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken;
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, strategic planning, performance monitoring and knowledge on technical aspects of emergency project management and activities;
  • Experienced in needs assessment, conducting surveys and preparation of different types of reports;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, and manage high volume of work flow;
  • High level of computer literacy;
  • Readiness for undertaking business trips.

Функциональные обязаности

 

  • Project cycle management for ERP, with special focus on:
  • conducting monitoring and evaluation of the project, i.e. daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, mid-term review and final evaluation;
  • support and organization of internal and external audit;
  • preparation of reports and other necessary documents for the Regional Office (RO) or as per donors' requests;
  • participation in project design of ERP for the next period;
  • Support in monitoring and evaluation of current Public Funding (PF) projects and regular programs;
  • Preparation of needs assessment according to situation, analysis needed for development of PF applications and Program Proposals, conducting of surveys, focus groups, etc. by request of Program Director;
  • Monthly data preparation for the humanitarian coordination clusters;
  • Participation in coordination meetings, informing staff of SOS Ukraine about the news;
  • Preparation of reports for the RO in order to raise awareness of SOS International Community about the situation in Ukraine;
  • Participating in ERP budgeting; monitoring and reporting regarding budget fulfillment;
  • Working on increasing publicity of all ER related activities and projects in mass media, on SOS website and Facebook page;
  • Conducting assessment of capacity building needs of ERP staff and accordingly plan for and organize the trainings and workshops;
  • Coordination of trainers' work within the project (logistics and accommodation issues, participants feedback, communication with the host party, etc.);
  • Control the documents correctness.
