Требования к кандидату
- Experience as PM of software development and infrastructure projects;
- Project Management certificate as an advantage; Good IT & project management skills;
- Good understanding of IT processes;
- Good analytical skills;
- Strong organizational and logical problem solving competency;
- Good command of technical English, ability to communicate and negotiate with different management levels;
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall (SDLC) methodolody, roles, activities and process outputs for software development; MS Project knowledge.
- Advanced level of English.
Функциональные обязаности
- Performing a Project Management role for IT projects (Infrastructure and SW development) according to Agile and Waterfall values and principles:
- Build an efficient team by fostering self-organization, organizing retrospectives and facilitating improvements; Managing IT projects and IT initiatives according to Bank's requirements;
- Budgeting and resource planning for the project, project plan development and execution control, creation of work breakdown structure;
- Regular reporting according to Bank's steering process;
- Coordinate teamwork within the project/initiatives;
- Manage development/deployment process.
